I appreciated the friendly staff who greeted guests at the entrance. They offered to take luggage upstairs at check-in and stored it after check-out until departure to the airport. The front desk staff spoke excellent English, very helpful. I also liked that the hotel is connected to a mall and close to metro lines and city center.
The air conditioning in my room was locked, and I could not adjust the temperature. I noticed a strange odor in the room.

My room was spacious and clean, with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped bathroom. Additional amenities were available upon request at the reception, so all my needs were fully met.

The breakfast buffet offered a very wide variety of choices to suit all tastes (especially the pancakes!). The rooftop restaurant provided a great panoramic view. I enjoyed dining with such scenery.

Every staff member was very helpful and nice, always going the extra mile. One staff member, Oliver, provided a free upgrade to the City View Tower, this enhanced my experience. I felt very well taken care of.

great location , but dated rooms
great location dumpling restaurants
the breakfast had plenty of options and i recommend it , even if it did not change daily. the hotel enjoys a great location close to soup dumpling restaurants and pedestrian streets. i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
i booked a room with twin beds , but i was given a kingsized bed when checking in. the receptionist then gave me a room on a lower floor and looked sorry. i was on floor 10 and could not sleep for the first two nights due to a horrible subtle smell coming from the vents.

the fitness center offered a small , yet adequate , selection for both cardio and strength training , great for those looking to maintain their routine. the pool was well-kept with towels , sandals , and bathing caps available in all lockers.

I stayed in a junior suite park view and it was nice. the room had complimentary water replenished daily and good soundproofing was a plus. i used the gym, it has adequate equipment for a workout. Treadmills and weights are available.
the elevator wait times was a little long during peak hours, something i noticed.

Mixed feelings about this stay
The location was very central to the city (it was just off the metro station).
The staff was not very good for a self-proclaimed 5-star hotel. The reception workers were unfriendly and the concierge service was severely lacking, honestly.
